Public BBIC Board Meeting

At the November Annual Meeting the new HOA regulations were discussed. One of these new regulation requirements is that board meetings must be made public. In the past all Directors meetings were held in one of the board members homes. The venue will be determined by the number that RSVP each meeting. You do not need to send regrets. When time for the first meeting in February, we had 20 people write that they were not coming. There were only two guests that actually came plus the spouse of two of the board members.

The tentative dates are as follows.

Meeting: Saturday, February 4, 2012 10:00am Lantz home
Meeting: Saturday, May 5, 2012 10:00am Cowen home
Meeting: Saturday, August 11, 2012 10:00am To be announced
Annual Meeting: Saturday, October 13, 2012 10:00am To be announced
