The Bermuda Beach Improvement Committee Board of Director's Meeting was held on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Lightfoot Residence, 4414 Pabst Road. Directors present were: Ron Coker, Mary Jan Lantz, John Lightfoot and Kathy Love Cowen. Tammy Kidd was unable to attend.

The Meeting: was called to Order at 10:00am with a quorum of the Directors in attendance.
